Mission

Product Owner, evangelize, support, monitor and manage all aspects of product strategy, direction, and roadmap at Tenfold. 

Outcomes

• Frequently interact with customers through engagements with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding and other departments engaging them in various methods.
• Work with CEO and other stakeholders to define a product strategy, roadmap and product vision through to customer adoption and delivery.
• You own the product roadmap and ensure it stays aligned with Tenfold strategy and complements the existing product.
• Lead the entire feature delivery lifecycle: research customer/user needs; document user personas and stories; partner with UX research and design on prototypes; collaborate with customer facing roles to drive market awareness and customer adoption; ensure engineering is delivering as agreed upon.
• Drive revenue per product and develop strategies for pricing and packaging of Tenfold offerings to increase adoption, growth, retention and customer exhilaration.
• Work with the Customer Success team and customers to receive feedback on new features and releases. Monitor customer behavior after release to measure success of release.
• Develops, implements, and tracks metrics about engineering productivity and progress of product roadmap.
• Report performance metrics as a member of the leadership team at weekly meetings.
• Evangelize software development best practices throughout the company.
• Develop training materials for onboarding new software engineers that explains Tenfold’s development methodology.

• Builder mindset – comfortable being the first-in Product Manager in the company. No maintainers. 
• You have led Product Management for other software companies (SaaS is ideal) and are confident you can help build out the Product Management team.
• Experience delivering customized cloud applications into large enterprise businesses
• You can have conversations with all levels both internally and with customers.
• You use your communication skills to listen to customers, convey ideas to internal teams, give presentations, attend events, and otherwise represent us.
