What are we looking for?
An adaptable Learning Consultant to work
with both internal and external customers. You will work in partnership with
Alchemy functional leaders and stakeholders to create impactful learning
solutions with clear alignment to our business strategies and job requirements.
You will also provide onsite and virtual Alchemy product training for new and existing clients. As part of the client training function, you will complete trip reports to provide further insight on each client’s unique needs. You are expected to work productively in a highly collaborative, yet autonomous role.
What you’ll do:
- Consult with and conduct needs assessments with Alchemy business leaders to determine employees’ learning and development needs
- Manage internal learning projects from needs assessment through evaluation and provide timely communication to business leaders on learning projects
- Create content outlines, storyboards, A/V scripts, audio recordings for e-learning, classroom course material, facilitator guides, and supporting resource documents
- Travel to client locations and host online sessions to deliver Alchemy product training
- Submit training trip reports highlighting key observations during onsite visits with clients and communicate client questions or concerns to the appropriate partner
- Promptly and professionally respond to calls and emails from clients
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish)
- Project management skills in the learning and development space
- Two-three years of instructional design experience using current e-learning software
- Proven working knowledge of adult learning theories is required
- Classroom and online facilitation (webinar, virtual classroom) experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Captivate required
- Moderate to advanced proficiency with technology based training solutions such as Camtasia and Storyline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to travel 25%
