What you'll do at TrendKite:
- Lead a 24-hour support team to provide a best-in-class customer experience
- Develop and manage key performance metrics to ensure speedy resolution rates, quality customer interactions, and customer satisfaction
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks in order to maintain required productivity levels
- Work cross-functionally with all departments within TrendKite to offer our customers with the highest level of support
- Work with senior leadership to set direction and manage team meetings
What you MUST bring to the table:
- 2-5 years of recent management experience supporting high performing support or customer success teams
- An aptitude and hunger for learning about technology and analytics
- An eye for detail, with exceptional written and verbal communication
- Unrivaled work ethic
- Self-starter meets team-player work style
- Bachelor's degree
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with software like Intercom, Zendesk, and Jira
