Mission

To efficiently connect with and qualify inbound marketing qualified leads to build pipeline for the commercial and field sales teams.

The Market Development Representative is an entry level position and will generate buying demand for the Company's products from potential channel partners. A typical workday is comprised of making 30-50 calls to companies who have a potential to buy Tenfold and speaking with 20-30 customers on chat.

The Market Development Representative is responsible for driving market share and qualifying customers who help build pipeline for the sales organization. The Sales Development Representative will also be responsible for running regional campaigns focused primarily on cold calling, developing and qualifying leads to the point of hand-off to the sales force. A key requirement is to conduct business dealings with customers in a way that creates a superior customer experience that will set the stage for future product sales for the company.

Outcome: Set discovery calls for the commercial and field sales team.

Outcome Measures:

  • Respond to leads within 5 minutes
  • Religiously execute a follow up sequence of each MQL to 10 touch points
  • Update, and manage Salesforce lead records
  • Collaborate with the sales organization to identify trends of the market
  • Articulate the capabilities of the Tenfold product and it’s Value Drivers
  • Ensure that discovery calls are attended
  • Create and update a library of email templates
