In this newly created position, the Marketing Programs Coordinator will design, communicate, monitor, and continually improve integrated campaigns that directly support the company's pipeline goals. The position requires a highly motivated, proactive, project manager, and personable individual who will be responsible for a variety of marketing programs that support demand generation and growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate integrated marketing plans and programs to support demand generation for enterprise monitoring and analytics software sales.
  • Work closely with marketing and direct sales teams to manage campaigns and communicate about campaigns, provide guidance, and interpret feedback on how to improve future programs.
  • Execute and manage digital advertising programs through multiple marketing channels, including website, online advertising, email, social media, etc.
  • Manage projects and relationships with agencies, vendors, partners, etc. within a cross-functional team to ensure campaign execution.
  • Leverage Vyopta presence at industry/conference events as part of overall lead generation plans.
  • Report on campaign analytics, success and optimization to continually improve performance.
  • Partner with Demand Generation Manager to assist with email campaigns to reach, engage, and nurture prospects, customers, and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or advertising PLUS 1-2 years experience executing successful marketing programs.
  • Experience developing, executing, and measuring B2B demand generation campaigns.
  • Exposure to an enterprise B2B marketing environment in technology.
  • Experience with MarTech tools including Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools (i.e., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Experience in project management and leading outside agencies/vendors.
  • Successful track record of managing lead nurture programs, creating content on demand, and articulating creative direction.

Nice to Haves

  • MBA degree from an accredited institution.
  • Exposure to the video/unified communications industry.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience.
