What We Need

• Support the Marketing Systems Manager to fulfill tasks related to the Marketing Technology stack (Sprinklr@Sprinklr, SFDC, Marketo, Certain, Pendo)
• Assist in updating current marketing systems
• Assist in setup of new marketing systems

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working with CXM, SMMS or CRM software (Admin software experience is a major plus)
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Does not shy away from asking questions
• Not afraid to admit when you do not understand something
• Values getting from A to B quickly and efficiently
