Think you got what it takes to be our Inventory Planner? Well, let's find out there, buckaroo. Can you manage replenishment buying across multiple brands and product categories? Oh. You can? Alright. Are you a master of inventory flow? Do you know the ins and outs of reordering based on established goals? Yes? Oh, really? Wow, you sound pretty sure of yourself.

Ok then riddle me this: Can you perform daily reviews of our inventory and manage replenishment orders to make sure appropriate levels are maintained? Then it sounds like you've got this. We'd love to hear from you, even if you're a little sure of yourself.

Job Description: 


  • Create and with a keen eye for detail ensure all purchase orders are submitted, working closely with product development to track timely inbound shipments.
  • Partner with Merchandising department to project, forecast, and strategize to increase profitability and achieve inventory goals. They're the Bonnie to your Clyde.
  • Spreadsheet wizard mastery! We need you to create reports from multiple data sets to analyze product sales and inventory, ensuring key product remain in-stock.
  • Be smart. Almost too smart. Analyze historical data and in-season sales to to identify risks and opportunities by product and category.
  • See the trends. Identify slow-moving product early and react quickly to avoid excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising to build a comprehensive assortment, based on hindsight analysis.
  • Communicates product status to merchandising, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Tell us when we need to improve. Identify areas for improvement, design and develop new reporting processes to drive efficiency in reorder process.
  • Requirements:


  • 3+ years of buying experience with a focus in replenishment and inventory management.
  • Excellent Excel skills, you will be tested on this.
  • Strong statistical, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • E-commerce experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in (sometimes) utter chaos.
  • Commitment to continually improving us, yourself and the world.
