MS Dynamics CRM Developer
Amherst seeks to hire a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer that is well versed in developing custom solutions using the XRM platform, CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 and SDK development.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to a dynamic and fast paced business development product engineering team that follows RAD methodologies to support mission-critical applications for our various business units. This opportunity will be focused on developing the next iteration of our internal property management software for our single family residential capital equity platform.

Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders and development team to gain an in depth understanding of our property management business and workflows
- Create custom solutions using the XRM platform, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 and SDK development
- Design, develop, test and implement features that expand Dynamics CRM functionality
- Customize and modify existing Dynamics CRM features so as to make them more efficient
- Design, develop, test and implement reports that provide senior management with real-time data regarding business activities within our property management subsidiary
Requirements:
- Ability to gather and translate requirements and technical specs to a functioning solution
- Experience developing applications with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, .NET frameworks, Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript libraries and HTML
- Experience developing and consuming web services (RESTful, WCF, SOAP, WebAPI, etc.)
- Demonstrated SQL knowledge and RDBMS experience (SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2014)
- Proven understanding of how software development projects are organized, prioritized, scope-managed, and risk-assessed and mitigated
- SharePoint, Silverlight, or product development experience
- Creative, hardworking and passionate team player that thrives in fast-paced start-up environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Previous real estate or property management experience is a plus (but not necessary)
