We are looking for a Named Account Manager (NAM) to manage a set of accounts of existing customers; particularly those using HomeAway’s performance based advertising solution products on the eCommerce platform.  This NAM will specialize in digital advertising conversion by analyzing key metrics and using data to coach clients to take action in which higher conversion rates are expected.  In this role, the NAM will be a specialist in the implementation and optimization of HomeAway products and use analytical skills to help advertisers grow existing business as well as develop and win new business opportunities.  This will be done by reporting performance history and advertising metrics while making recommendations for improvement, at the same time, encouraging increased participation, assisting the advertiser in implementing best practices, and soliciting feedback to optimize ROI for the advertiser.

The NAM will focus on increasing revenue through optimization for those Property Managers that manage less than 50 properties in their portfolio. The NAM will be expected to forge and develop strong relationships with Key Accounts, in which he/ she will own the relationship, as well as create growth and development target objectives for additional individual accounts in this customer segment. The NAM will plan, execute, monitor and report on results with clients and internal partners.  Along with handling basic/advanced search and display optimizations, the person in this position is expected to proactively strategize with the Account Management team to identify other business opportunities within the customer segment. This role is the first of this kind, for this business segment, optimal candidates will bring an entrepreneurial spirit as well as the ability to learn from others and apply practices already in place in alternate segments.  The role carries a direct sales revenue target and will have quotas that are set on key metrics.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee quarterly touch point campaigns to deliver Account Reviews to high level decision makers, with a strong focus on optimization and ROI analysis.  

-Identify and document customers’ needs, expectations and priorities in effort to build long term business relationships 

-Manage and analyze reporting regard account growth through implementing optimization solutions

-Analyze search trends, listing performance and budget suggestions

-Develop a deep understanding of tools and gather and analyze data at account level, campaign level and industry level

-Create reports to support or aid the optimization/incremental opportunity strategies and/or support the team's requirements for report creation and their analysis

-Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

-5+ years of account management experience with proven success in client services and sales, focusing on optimization and conversion with eCommerce products

-Track record of selling to ROI.

-Knowledge of CRM Systems (Salesforce.com a plus) 

-Use of advanced office and reporting tools in addition to excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and organizational skills

-Solid understanding of Internet technologies

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment

-Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

-Bachelor’s degree

-Documented sales successes in a quota environment

-Ability to work well in a team and willingness to demonstrate dedication to client service

-Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach

-Strong analytical skills

-Strong communication and client-servicing skills
