Offshore Operations Manager
In this role, you will:
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis for efficient resource allocation
- Craft communication and mentorship materials
- Lead ongoing training for standard operating procedures
- Forecast seasonal, quarterly, and annual content trends
- Closely manage vendor contracts
- Administer effective internal admin tools to promote efficiency
- Become a subject matter expert for internal systems development and gathering requirements as they relate to offshore processes and workflows
- Build a consistent track record of impactful operational gains through skilled project management
- Own short and long term projects; other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree within business, marketing or a related field of study
- 3+ years’ experience related to project management, process improvement or operations
- Strong project/program management experience including working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables based on business needs and goals
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated experience effecting and implementing policy or process change
- Salesforce experience a plus
