 About the Role:
The Offshore Operations Manager will focus on ensuring the balance between business, user, and offshore partner needs. We are looking for a self-directed individual who enjoys leading cross-cultural teams with the ability to drive continuous process improvement. In this position you will be responsible for the offshore program management, training documentation, and should be comfortable communicating cross-functionally within RetailMeNot. You'll need adept experience in planning, documentation and evaluation as well as strong verbal and written communication skills to succeed in this dynamic role.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis for efficient resource allocation
  • Craft communication and mentorship materials
  • Lead ongoing training for standard operating procedures
  • Forecast seasonal, quarterly, and annual content trends
  • Closely manage vendor contracts
  • Administer effective internal admin tools to promote efficiency
  • Become a subject matter expert for internal systems development and gathering requirements as they relate to offshore processes and workflows
  • Build a consistent track record of impactful operational gains through skilled project management
  • Own short and long term projects; other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree within business, marketing or a related field of study
  • 3+ years’ experience related to project management, process improvement or operations
  • Strong project/program management experience including working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables based on business needs and goals
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated experience effecting and implementing policy or process change
  • Salesforce experience a plus
