This Fraud Specialist role will be responsible for identifying and preventing fraudulent orders as you shepherd our client orders through the order confirmation process. It is a part-time position located in Austin, Texas. You must be able to work night and weekend shifts, some of which you will work remotely from home.

How you'll make a difference:

• You'll work part-time within our COST Team to identify, prevent, and manage fraudulent web orders

• You'll oversee client orders to ensure top confirmation rates

• Your research and resolution of chargeback disputes

• You'll help manage relationships with our network of sellers

• You'll support our Client Relations Team and assist them in communicating with clients when necessary
