Partner Success Manager
- Develop success plans for our partners that outline expectations, success metrics, and potential issues to be addressed along the journey to implement analytics platform and applications.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert that aligns with success metrics by: process discovery, value alignment, key objectives, relationships, initiatives and liaison with experts to drive specific outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor for partners, driving value on an ongoing basis and seeking new opportunities to advance partner goals, through current or new offerings.
- Communicate implementation requirements in a concise, actionable way to ensure delivery timelines and accountabilities are understood.
- Coordinate and monitor requirements across internal delivery teams to ensure activities are prioritized and executed against timelines, addressing support issues proactively.
- Drive application adoption though: roll out plan, metrics reporting and partner training.
- Provide strategic guidance per product based on analytics with: monthly insight generations, quarterly business reviews, pilot creation and pilot expansion.
- Travel to on-site meetings with partners to help them work through implementation and to share insights and learnings from our work together.
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3-5 years experience in client services/account management.
- Unwavering integrity, attention to detail, and desire to exceed client expectations.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize work.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Experience delivering technology-driven solutions, bonus points for working with a SaaS company or in a startup environment.
