What's the opportunity?

As a Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will execute our unique customer acquisition strategy and will “learn by doing” as you develop invaluable experience in driving B2B marketing in a manner that will help us move the greatest levers with B2C marketing.

Overview:

We share a primary customer with our partners: You wake up every day thinking and executing on how to best:

  •  (1) Make our schools more competitive to attract a greater breadth of qualified prospective students;
  • (2) Incentivize marketing and admissions team members to be the greatest dealer of Skills Fund financing;
  • (3) Convert those prospective students to Skills Fund borrowers at the most impactful point in the enrollment process.
Understanding and insights are power: You’ve got our top schools' student acquisition workflow stamped across all you do. You match this workflow with trends and data driven observations to craft scalable tools, assets and resources to double, triple, quadruple the number qualified prospective borrowers entering the financing funnel.

Empower bootcamps to be the greatest advocate of Skills Fund: You own all educational and informational series to galvanize prospective borrower conversion [think Lunch & Learns, team trainings, student-facing info sessions, and more]. You place hard metrics against these initiatives to determine what moves the needle.

Data is everything: You live and breathe student metrics. You are the maestro of orchestrating the number of students needed to meet our top-level targets via our B2B2C campaign. Your dashboard is your wingman and your metrics bubble up to the full B2C target.

At the same time, you need to understand like a B2C marketer what provokes our ultimate consumer, particularly the emotions as they purchase education and education financing.
