What you’ll do:

 

• Deliver consistent, high quality and professional level of service at all times
• Assist customers with using their services
• Achieve set revenue targets
• Efficiently and effectively handle each call
• Accurately update and maintain customer records
• Retain subscription customers by educating them on the benefits they are provided
• Guide customers through terms of sale, billing inquiries, and scheduled payments
• De-escalate upset customers and ensure a pleasant customer experience

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• Ability to sell LegalZoom services and benefits
• Ability to adapt and excel in fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented team player with a passion for helping customers
• BA/BS degree preferred
