In this job, you will:

• Identifies current and future client software requirements by establishing personal rapport with prospective and current clients.
• Supports account executives, prospects, clients, and engineering by providing guidance on software architecture, technology selection, and development operations, and hosting best practices.
• Becomes an expert in client businesses while building strong working relationships with client stakeholders in both functional and technology business units.
• Define software architecture, key technology selections, risk analysis, feature backlog, delivery plan with milestones, delivery estimates, staffing plan, and release road map with production deployment plans.
• Prepares detailed software delivery proposals and supports the creation of statements of work.
• Lead the teams translating the requirements, technical approaches, constraints, and client expectations to a technical team lead and a business analyst chosen for the full time delivery engagement.

Requirements:

• Has experience supervising, guiding, or mentoring developers
• Expert knowledge of software architecture using SQL; C#, .Net. JavaScript, other languages
• Professional experience required:
• Experience working on business problems that are complex and diverse in scope
• Advanced understanding of business systems and industry requirements
• Collaboration and Negotiation skills
• Ability to develops strong relationships with business leaders
• Excellent communication and influential skills
• Architectural and lead development experience with Microsoft technologies
