Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and highly-motivated Product Manager. As a Product Manager at uShip, you will jump in and start interacting with developers, designers, and stakeholders from day one.   You’ll also get to work with industry experts and real customers to understand the market and to identify ways in which uShip can innovate to solve market problems.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive the roadmap and product planning process for your product area
  • Write user stories that communicate business goals and detailed acceptance criteria
  • Act as Product Owner in the agile scrum team, providing day-to-day direction to the team and coordinating final sign-off of user stories
  • Coordinate product launches with the teams responsible for support, training, and external announcements
  • Develop success metrics for feature changes and ensure that the projects we are working on align with business goals
  • Work with our reporting and analytics team to monitor metrics post-launch and report back to stakeholders
  • Become an expert in your customers and markets through primary and secondary research

Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a product manager or product analyst role at an e-commerce or internet software company
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering great products or product features
  • Good at taking broad, ambiguous concepts and distilling them into clear, manageable chunks
  • Confident in making decisions autonomously by using data, stakeholder inputs and customer insights
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills; attention to detail is a must
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization from Intern to CEO
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields a big plus!
