Specific Duties:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for expanding 360factors’ air quality practice and client base nationwide.
  • Contribute to and foster the growth of air consulting services for existing clients and potential clients.
  • Take active leadership in hiring project support staff, including engineers with varying levels of experience.
  • Take active leadership role in identifying and developing new business in air consulting services.
  • Prepare technical proposals for new opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their industrial processes as well as their air permitting and compliance needs.
  • Serve as a senior technical resource on air quality projects; mentor junior and mid level staff in proper planning and execution of projects; peer review deliverable work.

Job Requirements:

  • B.S. in engineering (chemical, mechanical, civil, environmental).
  • P. E. license
  • 15+ years of air quality consulting experience (state and federal permitting levels)
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing business growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to build, coach, and mentor junior and mid-level staff.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.

Our office is located less than two miles from Austin's famous Pennybacker Bridge on Capital of Texas Hwy with amazing views of the hills of Austin.
