What You'll Do

Sprinklr is seeking a talented Project Manager to manage enterprise level projects for our largest clients. This candidate will lead the execution of multiple projects and will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing client relationships and leading project teams throughout the project lifecycle. The PM will effectively identify and solve project-related problems that are technical, business and resource specific as well as facilitate project kick-offs, discovery & design sessions, and retrospectives/post-mortem.

What Are Your Responsibilities 

  • Articulate and frame business problems and solutions as appropriate for all client audiences
  • Manage and control project scope, timeline, budget, risks & issues, and change control processes
  • Investigate root causes to client and project issues and propose effective solutions
  • Develop, build, and maintain long, durable and trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Recommend options or solutions that meet a client’s needs and desired functionality
  • Communicate how the engagement impacts risks, business objectives, and quality
  • Recognize colleagues’ strengths and provides them with ongoing feedback and coaching
  • Coordinates activities between work streams and identifies changes in scope
  • Set the tone for the project team and strive for quality and excellence in all aspects of delivery
  • Provide weekly project status and relevant data points to the relevant project stakeholders

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • Minimum 7 years relevant consulting or industry experience in software implementation, digital, ecommerce, user experience
  • Minimum 3 years of managing technology engagements
  • Experience managing long term, high budget projects in IT, Saas, or Software environment
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings
  • Ability to motivate and focus resources where there is no direct reporting relationship
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development processes
  • Ability to travel up to 30% on an annual basis
