We are seeking a Project Manager/Business Delivery Owner who comes with project management or consulting experience and is energized by implementing emerging technology to enterprise clients. He or she has laser focus on customer needs and provides the best possible application integration experience. This person should have proven experience in leading large-scale enterprise software consulting projects. When he or she is given an aggressive deadline, they dream of ways to solve the problem within the present constraints, of plans and analytics to ensure project success. In addition to being client focused, this person is equally comfortable collaborating with development teams. He or she is flexible and creative with issues and complexity as they arise from both clients and development teams.

Responsibilities Include:

• Partners with the client to define success criteria before, during, and after implementation
• Develops a deep understanding of client’s strategy, business goals, and needs
• Cultivates strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders to ensure project success
• Builds and maintains client project plan, ensuring strong communication between CognitiveScale’s team and the customer
• Acts as the champion for the client internally as CognitiveScale designs and implements a customized solution for our clients
• Seeks opportunities to offer additional services to the client in order to help them meet their success criteria
• Performs as though every experience is an opportunity to make our client a CognitiveScale brand ambassador
• Is the primary contact for the client engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2-5 years services delivery or consulting experience
• PMP or ScrumMaster certification 
• Experience delivering and implementing strategic IT solutions to C-Suite clients, from proposal through implementation
• Ability to travel frequently for client needs
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to easily adapt
• Proven ability to create, implement, and measure the success of solutions from ambiguous business needs
• Background in dynamic problem solving in a customer service environment
• Strong pro-active focus on client success
• Team and project leadership experience in a consulting role
• Ability to articulate technical issues to a non technical audience
• Strong communication skills with c-suite executives and employees
