 We are aggressively expanding our Publisher Development team and are looking for dedicated and ambitious new individuals to help us continue on the path of profitable growth. As a Publisher Account Executive with Q1Media, you will be responsible for prospecting, closing, managing, cross-selling and upselling our display, video and mobile publisher relationships. You will report to the Manager of Publisher Development in Austin, TX. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Grow the distribution and partner base for Q1Media - including mobile, video, and display products.
  • Establish and build strategic relationships with website owners and operators.
  • Demonstrate clear capabilities to lead and drive partner acquisition conversations.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a prioritized pipeline of new publisher development opportunities.
  • Work closely with management team to evaluate new partner opportunities.
  • Learn and grow your knowledge of the rapidly transforming digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Evaluate account set performance and optimize for profitability and revenue growth.
  • Leverage financial models, ad server reporting, internal systems and other tools to grow partnerships.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of selling, account management or business development experience preferred.
  • Strong prospecting and sales skills a must.      
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising space.
  • Stellar presentation and negotiation skills, both in-person and on the phone.        
  • Superior overall communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management experience required.
  • Thrives in a team environment with very close communication and collaboration.
  • Relentless work ethic - we need commit to this role at a very high level, and strive to out-work everyone on his or her team.
  • Entrepreneurial person, that understands and can excel in a start-up type of environment.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with many inbound requests.
  • Effective negotiating skills - website recruitment experience within an ad network landscape is a bonus.

 Details:

  • Position: Full Time
  • Location: Austin, TX (The Domain)
  • Office Hours: 9-6 (flexible hours, Work from Home Wednesdays)
