As a QA Analyst at ShipStation, you'll quickly become a product expert and an advocate for user experience in addition to ensuring that a high level of quality is built into all ShipStation’s products. You'll be part of an integrated product team, working directly with developers, product managers, and product analysts and will make a big impact on the ShipStation product.

You will:
- Collaboratively work as part of an Agile product team to create and grow our web app, API, and mobile products
- Use your creativity and product knowledge to write detailed test plans
- Evaluate product functionality using manual and some automated testing methods
- Document and prioritize defects and bugs, and work with the team to resolve issues
More about you:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a passion for testing!
- Knowledge of SDLC, and ability to ensure quality during all phases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong test plan and test case creation skills
- Successful candidates will be technically curious, detail oriented, and organized
- Cross browser testing experience on PC, Mac, various mobile platforms and emulators a plus
- Experience working as an embedded tester within an Agile Scrum or Kanban team a plus
