What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who has a year or two of inside sales experience and is looking to join a fast growing start up! If you are comfortable contacting prospective customers by phone, have a passion for sales, and want to be part of something very big, we are looking for you! If you have real estate experience, that is a plus, but not required.
About the position:
- Contact prospective customers by phone and email and generate interest in ListingSpark's services.
- Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing programs.
- Meet monthly and annual sales goals and help contribute to the team's goals.
- Maintain our internal CRM system and ensure you are tracking all necessary information.
- Continually educate yourself on industry standards and knowledge of the services ListingSpark provides.
Experience/Desired Skills:
- Inside Sales experience preferred
- Bachelor degree preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated track record of prior success
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with technology
- Positive Attitude and Self-Motivated
Salary: Base + Commission (OTE - $40-$60K with no cap on commissions)
