Revenue Optimization Specialist
The Revenue Optimization Specialist is responsible for identifying and driving revenue growth for BedandBreakfast.com by ensuring that properties are providing competitive rates and inventory, as well as robust content and photos for their properties and bookable rooms. The position will own the process of rate and inventory research as well as content and photo updates, using partner information and requests to drive updates.

Responsibilities:- Relationship building with B&B/Inn owners to help them improve their occupancy by offering competitive rates and inventory through the BedandBreakfast.com Online Reservations Program
- Research and resolve competitive rate issues
- Research and resolve inventory issues
- Audit the content, rates, restrictions and other pertinent information for newly activated properties as well as legacy properties on partner sites to ensure all information is accurate and the property is available to book
- Identify new opportunities for growth from existing properties, e.g. opportunity to increase the number of bookable rooms offered through the program
- Train and activate new properties as well as re-training properties that might need additional assistance managing their participation in the program
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years industry-related experience with an emphasis on small lodging
- Detail oriented and research focused on finding the core problems with competitive rate and inventory issues
- Easily able to build rapport with small business owners and understand their unique needs
- Excellent organization skills with an ability to work at a fast pace and able to multi task
- Ability to work within the team as well as individually managing the workflow to respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with partners both internally and externally -- particularly with a non-technical audience of external customers
