Job Overview:

Reporting into the Manager, Sales Operations, the Sales Coordinator will partner with the sales team to ensure accurate sales orders are submitted and entered into NetSuite, be service minded to the needs of the sales organization and be a contributor to the achievement of company revenue goals. The primary function of this position will be to assist multiple departments including, but not limited to: Sales, Implementation & Training, and Accounts Payable.

Job Requirements:

  • Inputting and/or auditing sales orders into the ERP system and adding all necessary documentation where applicable.
  • Auditing yearly contracts and month-to-month agreements for new and current customers.
  • Assist with billing discrepancies and stalled customer implementations, serving as a liaison between the sales organization and the billing/training teams.
  • Help the sales organization in any manner necessary, including but not limited to: sales queue coverage, information tracking, and process training with subsequent documentation, etc.
  • Proactively manage and respond to the needs of our sales organization.
  • Provide excellent service and support to the sales team.
  • Creating a positive, professional, and fun work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high attention to detail, be organized and proficient in data entry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly, be adept at understanding new technologies and processes.
  • The ability to show initiative in a fast paced, change oriented environment.
  • Must have strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a sales driven environment.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in accounting a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales operations or support operations a plus.
