Sales Development Representative
ScaleFactor, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to add to our expanding team of Customer Acquisition Specialists. ScaleFactor is a high-growth organization that combines trusted experts with intuitive software to solve business’s accounting and finance needs. Successful candidates must possess the entrepreneurial drive & spirit to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Our team is in need of another rock star that has the sales experience, communication skills, and project management abilities to be a proven value-add to our practice. The Sales Development Representative role will hold a multitude of responsibilities, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and internal operations. The position allows for the opportunity to have a direct impact in all areas of ScaleFactor, now and in the future.
The ideal candidate is comfortable having responsibilities that vary significantly month over month, some of which will include:
- Lead generations, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting for account executives
- Creating and managing email campaigns
- Using our CRM and communication platforms to perform customer outreach and acquisition, including but not limited to; qualifying leads, identifying needs and matching to the right products, managing levels of interest, performing follow-ups, and gauging client satisfaction
- Providing key analyses on sales pipeline activity and forecasting

- Ability to cultivate relationships, develop rapport, identify opportunities, and manage sales pipeline from lead acquisition to conversion

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Management preferred
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
- Experience with various CRM tools preferred

- Technological Optimist
