The RetailMeNot Sales Operations team is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in sunny, downtown Austin. You have a consistent track record of ideating, building, executing, reporting on, and improving training and enablement efforts for sales teams. In this role, you'll have a great deal of autonomy building the strategy, project plan, executive collaboration efforts, execution, and maintenance of the training program for a 60 person Retail & Brand Solutions team. This team member will become intimately familiar with the RetailMeNot product suite, sales collateral, and training materials to become an expert in sales go-to-market strategies. As any good Sales Ops-er knows, you will wear many hats and work on a variety of projects to drive revenue goals of the company and our sales team.

  • Required Tool Proficiency: Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft suite, Google Drive
  • Added Bonus Tool Familiarity: Operative One, Confluence, Lifesize, Clearslide, LMS, Video Editing tools

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with fellow Sales Ops team members to drive the mission of the team - making salespeople more successful!
  • Liaise with Sales and Sales Operations leaders to generate and execute the training strategy
  • Build relationships and collaborate with first-line managers as agents of enablement and empowerment to coach teams on standard methodologies
  • Partner cross functionally with Financial Planning & Analysis and Product Marketing to distribute content for various sales resources
  • Build programs focused on skill development for existing and new RBS team members
  • Develop and deploy the Sales Certification Program as part of the overall training strategy and new product development roadmap
  • Be responsible for the Sales Training documentation and processes
  • Run the New Hire Onboarding program, monthly training calendar, etc.
  • Manage training program value, metrics evaluation and reporting on program deliverables to track impact
  • Investigate L&D solutions / innovation in partnership with the People Team (HR)
  • Stay informed on ground breaking tools and technology that may be used to improve sales productivity
  • Manage external vendors and suppliers of enablement-related training and tools
  • Manage the sales content portal via Confluence, Google Drive, or more innovative / efficient tools
  • Integrate sales methodology and content usage metrics into every single day language of sales team
