Sales Executive, National Accounts
HotSchedules is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our National team. This position will focus on developing and selling pipeline opportunities in National Accounts. The position will be responsible for executing on account plans to open new sales cycles and drive them to close. The position will work closely with other key customer stakeholders to sell into new customers and drive complex sales cycles to close in existing customers
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and work at all levels of an organization
- Manage strategic sales cycles, from prospecting to close as part of a co-prime sales team
- Understand how to build, execute, and manage strategic sales plans
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, industry financial measurements and performance indicators
- Position Return on Investment (ROI) and reinforce value through a sales cycle
- Build consistent new revenue pipeline
- Learn and explain technology solutions at a high-level
- Thrive in a matrixed environment
- Create a positive, professional, and fun environment every day
Performance for a Sales Executive will be measured by:
- Quarterly quota achievement
- Net new opportunities added to the pipeline
- Demonstrating a passion for customers and a commitment to service
- Quality relationships built with customers and coworkers
- Overall product sales
Job Requirements:
- 5-8 years of selling technology products is a MUST
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations
- Experience in BD and Sales to the restaurant industry is desired
- A proven track record of executing complex deal cycles
- A proven track record of achieving/exceeding quarterly and annual revenue quotas on a consistent basis
- Hunter mentality
- Self starter
- Industry relationships are a plus
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Energetic, creative, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to deliver on business commitments
- 4 year degree
