Rev.com is a successful growth stage startup, headquartered in San Francisco, and aggressively expanding in Austin. Our founding team has more than a decade of combined experience creating marketplaces.

Rev is a marketplace for remote work. On one side, we have 1,000s of media, education, and enterprise companies using Rev. On the other side, we have a network of more than 10,000 freelancers who work from home and get paid for doing work. Our mission is to create 1 million work at home jobs by 2025.

Today we offer four services and we will launch more in the next few years. Our initial offerings are: audio transcription, video captions, document translation, and on-demand mobile tutoring. What these verticals have in common is the work can be done from anywhere, and software can transform them via marketplace methods, productivity improvements, and machine learning. We believe many types of work can be done remotely, and our game plan is to change more of them in the coming years.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

The Sales Ops Administrator will play a critical part in the effectiveness of our Sales team. Today we have 6 Sales Representatives and plan to increase it 3x in the coming year. This requires a capable and skillful Administrator to own and streamline key parts of our sales process.

You will work directly with the VP Sales and Sales Ops Manager on key growth initiatives such as:

 

  • Run a 20+ person offshore team to generate leads and organize Salesforce data
  • Work with our Sales team to generate new lead gen ideas and implement them from start to finish, i.e. get offshore team to generate leads, clean them up, assign to owners and upload to Salesforce
  • Own the creation of new Sales collateral - hire graphic designers and copywriters to work on ideas from the Sales team
  • Maintain internal knowledge base, by organizing our wiki, Google Drive, etc.
  • Perform basic Sales Ops tasks such as Salesforce reporting, Salesforce data cleanup, simple MS Excel analysis, etc.
  • Organize team meetings and other team-related activities

 

Qualifications

  • Degree from a four-year University
  • Two year project management or operations experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests of varying importance
  • Willingness to embrace change, growth, and the fun of a start-up environment
  • Self motivated and driven personality
