The Role

This is your opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of an exciting and ambitious start-up.  We’ve built a brilliant product,  grown a passionate user base, and now we’re focussed on an aggressive expansion of our sales pipeline to quadruple our revenue this year.

Reporting into Brian Youngblood, our VP of Sales, and playing a critical part in our Sales team, you will:

  • Help us grow revenue 4x this year by bringing big, high-quality deals to the table
  • Develop a world-class sales process and pipeline for Workify that can deliver fast, reliable growth and turn qualified leads into new relationships
  • Identify strategic targets and prospect for new clients
  • Create and manage pipeline, including managing all prospect and client interactions in Salesforce
  • Be the first point of contact for prospective customers, running discovery calls and product demos to take the relationship from an expression of interest through to close
  • Work with, and mentor, our team of Marketing Development Reps to identify and qualify leads
  • Drive flawless and timely execution within the Sales team, holding yourself and others accountable for high standards and great results
About You

You are a born salesperson, always on the lookout for new opportunities and with a natural aptitude for making deals.  In terms of skills and experience, you’ll bring:
  • 3-5 years experience in SaaS sales, specifically to Human Resources is a plus
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets within high-tech B2B sales, resulting in multiple high-quality partnerships with compatible businesses
  • Experience of developing robust sales pipelines and managing the sales process effectively from cradle to close with clients located across a wide geographical spread
  • Top-class relationship management skills, including rapport-building, unearthing key business pain points and turning them into opportunities for growth
  • Ninja prioritization and time management to manage multiple sequential negotiations, deals and opportunities seamlessly
  • Ideally, your prior experience in B2B sales will also mean you have a contact book that will open doors with forward-thinking businesses across a range of markets
  • We think this means you will have a number of years experience growing sales for a SaaS business, preferably within the HR or analytics space - but we’re open to applications from all industries.
