We are growing and looking to add a Senior Ruby on Rails developer who is excited about working on developing new features across our Rails stack including new interfaces, new analytics and new tools. There is a lot of greenfield development. Required Skills and Experience:

• BCS or BSCS - Must Have!!
• 4 years web application software developer
• Minimum 1 year developing web applications with Ruby/Rails
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming principles and practices with a strong theoretical understanding

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Substantive experience with JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, SQL, unit testing
• Proficiency with Git
