You’ll get to drive growth through operational excellence across the customer lifecycle to drive efficiency and keep teams accountable to revenue. While building a centralized revenue operations function across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll directly impact the way we work and the evolution of our business practices and overall (success) operations.

THE ROLE

What you'll do at TrendKite:

  • Take on operational and technical overhead for the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Build alignment with Finance, Product, and the Executive Team
  • Own metrics from end-to-end, ensuring all departments understand core business metrics and how to use them.
  • Enable the best use of tools and drive system consolidation where possible while keeping system footprint manageable and cost-effective.
  • Continually review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business workflows and systems and develop strategies for growth, improved efficiency and reduced costs around process and systems improvements.
  • Apply broad industry and enterprise knowledge to identify solutions and maintain a business application and project roadmap that supports TrendKite’s strategic and operational business goals.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of the organizational business strategies and processes.
  • Be a strong advocate in improving the knowledge and understanding of business practices.
  • Guide the development of team members, including setting objectives and coaching.


What you MUST bring to the table:

  • 10+ years of experience in defining and implementing highly strategic plans focused on improving the overall efficiency around business workflows and technology
  • 5+ years leadership and management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present complex information clearly across all audiences including senior level business leaders and stakeholders
  • Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Hands on approach
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree

Bonus if you have: 

  • Experience with monthly (or shorter) but non-transactional sales cycles
  • Hubspot experience and/or Hubspot’s Inbound Certification
  • Gainsight experience
