As our organization grows, we are looking for an exceptional FP&A analyst to join our Finance team and help us continue to build strong foundation for the company’s future. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the budget process with senior management to develop the short and long range operating plan
  • Develop detailed models to build annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with department and senior management
  • Develop and maintain project accounting models to measure project performance to plan
  • Support project proposal process to ensure accepted project ROI
  • Manage company option pool, capitalization table, and Black-Scholes option pricing model. Work closely with legal counsel, employees, and accounting team to ensure statutory and policy compliance
  • Prepare cash forecasts and analysis
  • Provide valuation analytics, input and support, including but not limited to DCF analysis
  • Provide market analytic support
  • Provide department-specific financial analysis and support, including marketing, software product, and engineering
  • Work closely with senior management to develop operating metrics to ensure company performance to plan as well as long-range growth capabilities

Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field (MBA preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in advanced financial modeling and analysis including budgeting, resource allocation, and capital valuation
  • Highly analytical with proven capability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of data, develop insights, and recommendations and transform them into easily understood and compelling presentations and models
  • 5+ years of experience working in the software industry at a fast-growing company, SaaS preferred
  • Advanced to expert skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid financial acumen and highly proficient in accounting and financial principles that display an understanding of complex financial concepts
  • The ideal candidate is independently motivated, a collaborative team player, and is adaptable to different situations and personalities
