Job Description:

The Sr. Manager, Global Product Marketing - Content and Creative, part of the Global Product Marketing Organization, is responsible for driving partner engagement through inspirational and educational content targeted at the owners and managers that list on HomeAway. We are looking for a creative lead that has experience in building content strategy and leading successful teams of writers, designers and content creators.

Due to the entrepreneurial and dynamic nature of our business, we are looking for team members who can operate successfully at a strategic level but who are equally comfortable at a detailed execution level. Our ideal candidate is strategic, adaptable, data-driven, and strongly motivated to contribute in any way possible to the success of the team, our customers and our global initiatives.


Responsibilities:

Understand the market

-Perform insights, quantitative and qualitative to inform creative and content strategy

Be Creative

- Experience developing ideas that spark great content

- Ideate, design and develop content and creative pieces ranging from short quick content to larger pieces that are part of integrated marketing programs

- Help tell the HomeAway story and maintain our voice, tone and cadence across all content worldwide

Manage and develop content and creative strategy

-Manage the creative and content strategy and editorial calendar across all US and EU regions with the goal of educating and inspiring owners and property managers that list on the HomeAway websites

-Manage the content development teams and process end to end working with internal and external resources

Analysis and insights

-Track performance and optimize/ test content to improve reach and engagement over time

Profile/Skills:

-7+ years internet, ecommerce experience in a global capacity

-5+ years of managing creative and content strategy

-2+years managing a team

-Ability and track record of working in close partnership and developing strong relationships with product management and marketing teams

-Creative expertise in all content formats: video production, blogs, testimonials, whitepapers, Photoshop

-Strong analytical/ reporting and communication skills
