Senior Manager, Supplier Acquisition, Global CRM

Summary Description:

In order to become a true customer centric organization and have the highest quality and volume of vacation rentals in the industry, it is imperative that we drive customer insight into segment-based conversations with our property owners (suppliers). This individual will help build a customer based communications strategy anchored by behaviors and analytics. 

This role will work with the analytic and insight teams to build customer segments, align on key messages, expand customer personas and ultimately determine the go to market communication plan by segment. They will be responsible for working with regional teams as well as operational teams to build out new global lifecycle programs as well as integrating with product development, sales and customer service to deliver personalized touch points across our site and call center. 

This individual will also develop customer based reporting, ROI metrics and create segment based testing strategies.  

Specific Deliverables:

This individual will be responsible for the following deliverables:

-Develop and define the customer segmentation strategy

-Create and manage supplier-based reporting by segment

- Identify customer pain points in their lifecycle

-Define global marketing 6 month and annual plans by segment

-Innovate new lifecycle strategies across email, direct mail, re-targeting and personalized site touches

-Manage with internal partners the CRM analytic and technical roadmap by segment

Skill / Experience Requirements:

-7-10 years marketing or business strategy experience

-Significant background in marketing communications and its associated vehicles and driving, dynamic personalized content omni-channel

-Strong customer analytics background

-Ability to leverage insight and analytics to develop a marketing strategy

-Collaborative and creative thinking

-Experience developing customer segments and personas

-CRM digital and technology expertise

-Bachelor’s degree required

-Ability to Travel 15% of the time as required

-Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate complex scenarios in a simplified manner

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with leadership to accomplish goals
