We are seeking an enterprising individual to join our growing team as a Senior Marketing Coordinator.

We are looking for a candidate who has 5 years of proven project management skills and exposure to digital marketing, content development, brand positioning and event management. The candidate will also possess exceptional communication skills, organizational, documenting, tracking skills, project management, attention to detail, and able to handle a large variety of activities and tasks within the world of experiential marketing, event marketing, and execution.

You must have above average communications and organizational skills and be solutions-oriented. You should pride yourself at being excellent in budget management, time management, multitasking, problem solving, and event management. Responsibilities include managing, monitoring, and maintaining the project scope, task timeline, operating budget, required resources, event wrap-up reporting, and overall quality of the resulting deliverables.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for flawless delivery of events that achieve client results against established strategic and creative objectives, timelines and financial goals. The ideal candidate should be team-oriented yet self-motivated, thrive under pressure, work well in a fast-paced competitive industry, and have a passion for event execution and logistics.

 What you will do everyday:

  • Coordinate sponsorship activities, tradeshows and events
  • Implement digital marketing directives and strategy
  • Collaborate on new campaigns to increase market exposure and new business
  • Support lead generation through campaigns, website, sales collateral and event support
  • Communicate a marketing concept either graphically or narrative to develop the right message to a specific audience
  • Assist Product GM’s to prepare marketing material for demand generation and sales enablement activities
  • Monitor and manage the project, including creation of plans and budgets as well as scope and changes to budgets
  • Manage the people and staffing as needed for the execution of each event
  • Manage communications, ensuring that any issues, changes, or required performances that impact projects are documented and addressed with the key team members
  • Develop and actively manage relationships with key vendors providing for the best available resources within budget and overall project success
  • Compose and execute detailed checklists
  • Maintain complete and updated files with all project/event details and information

What you need to bring to the table: 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SalesForce, Pardot and Adobe Products
  • College degree or relevant experience in one of the following or related fields: communications, sales and marketing, business management or project management.
  • Be a self-starter with an ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Come prepared to work the necessary hours to meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Highly collaborative with excellent oral and written communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to write with attention to grammar, spelling, punctuation and proofreading skills
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and pride of ownership of one’s deliverables
  • Possess a willingness to assist other team members and take on new responsibilities
  • Experience working with planning tools (i.e., budget tracking, project timeline, logistics and deliverables schedules, event specs, meeting agendas, and notes, etc.)
