Eureka is looking for exceptionally talented Product Designers to be key members of our new User Experience Design practice which complements our highly successful and 30 year-proven software engineering practice.
You will work across industries and technologies bringing new mobile, web, and desktop software products to market. This position requires a proven track record of product innovation, a strong knowledge of user-centered design and hands-on experience taking products from idea to revenue. Qualified candidates will have a demonstrable history of developing gorgeous products with innovative and compelling user experiences.

Ideal skills:
• 4+ years interaction design for software products (web, mobile, desktop, device)
• Experience in user-centered design methods including research & synthesis, exploration, story-telling, prototyping, and user testing
• Exceptional exploration skills - ability to rationalize and sell your ideas
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in information design principles
• Empathetic and inquisitive nature – track record of quickly learning and applying new things
• Ability to multi-task on multiple projects, effectively managing expectations
• A positive attitude and proven ability to collaborate in a fast moving, engineering-minded environment
Bonus skills:
• A burning desire to solve problems with modern technology and new contexts
• Rapid prototyping skills including wireframes, mockups, and design concepts
• Experience designing data visualizations and technical products
• Experience launching new software products and services
• Strong desire to influence and grow with a rapidly expanding team
• College degree in design or related field preferred
