Your day-to-day:
As the Senior Solutions Consultant you will possess a deep understanding of our solution portfolio, the SaaS products our customers use and digital marketing best practices. You will be adept at listening to our customers’ needs and advising them on solutions that draw across their marketing tech stack. You’re highly knowledgeable about the B2B Enterprise space as well as the power of cross-channel marketing and the need today’s marketers have to create meaningful connections with their customers through content. You will partner with our customers through sales, onboarding and initial success. This role requires you to think on a strategic level and be hands-on in driving benefits to our customers and our sales team. Further, you love to:
- Lead technically-oriented calls and conversations with prospects and clients
- Assist with and advise on our roadmap
- Author industry thought leadership
- Prioritize opportunities and applying appropriate resources
- Ensure 100% satisfaction with customers as they transition from purchase to implementation
Qualifications:
You find satisfaction in creating great customer relationships and empowering the sales process. You are flexible and love to collaborate. You bring a vibrant, expressive and fun-loving personality to the job. We also look for:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a solution selling/value based selling environment.
- Experience as a Digital Marketer with working knowledge of how Digital Marketers are using personalization to drive demand.
- Deep level of understanding of how B2B Digital Marketers use different channels to drive engagement and leads — e.g., Website, Marketing Automation, Social, Media, etc.
- Obvious passion for your work and stellar people skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude.
- Consistent over-achievement in past experiences.
- Technically adept with experience in web technologies.
The Senior Solutions Consultant will report to Get Smart Content’s VP of Business Development, Tory Upchurch.
