Your Mission

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to provide operational support to the Senior Director of Sales Operations and work together with the sales organization by analyzing database metrics to ensure sales process optimization, facilitating company-wide salesforce.com training, and leading marketing automation tactics & lead generation strategies. The individual in this role should thrive in an environment that is both collaborative and complex and should be motivated to build relationships and get things done. Attention to detail is crucial and the ability to be flexible, think quickly on your feet, and an ability and interest in understanding the big picture is important in order to be successful in this position.

What You'll Do On a Daily Basis

  • Own all of the technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications and AppExchange products
  • Seek out opportunities to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to track KPIs and accurately gauge the success of product improvements and business initiatives
  • Recommend and implement processes to streamline and continuously improve our current sales reporting/analytics to appropriately raise awareness to drive corrective actions
  • Create and manage custom field/objects, complex workflow rules, record types, data validation, page layouts, triggers, and third-party integrations
  • Own data integrity between Salesforce.com and other company systems
  • Improve the Salesforce integration with marketing automation system (Hubspot), collaborating with sales and marketing teams on lead generation, marketing campaign management, and client acquisition
  • Work with users to develop requirements for various initiatives, document those requirements, and build an implementation plan
  • Act as the go-to Salesforce guru for the sales team – helping the team to understand the data in front of them, how to use the tools provided most efficiently and data management of Salesforce records
  • Support the Sales Enablement tasks in execution of SFDC training and user-engagement/adoption initiatives
  • Engage and lead ad hoc projects/analysis as needed

The Right Fit

  • Bachelors Degree required 
  • Minimum one (1) year of Salesforce administrative experience and configuring/managing SFDC Sales Cloud
  • Proficiency in administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, etc.
  • Ability to customize advanced SFDC reports and dashboards 
  • Knowledge on Visual workflows, Process Builders etc. 
  • Ability to use Data Loader
  • Experience with App Exchange Products, including fundamental integration with HubSpot
  • Able to demonstrate organizational skills and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced start-up environment with competing priorities
  • Strong analysis and decision making abilities, including problem-solving
  • Have a talent for explaining complicated solutions to a business and technical audience and know how to challenge customers to keep the solution efficient and effective
