As a Customer Experience Intern at Signpost, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through interaction with senior management, make a significant impact on the customer experience process and work with the best. 

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:

The intern will be expected to:

• Work closely with the customer experience team. 


• Help create, manage and do admin work for our Facebook ad upsell strategy.


• They will work closely with our campaigns team to make sure every step of the ad cycle is complete, from getting the ad running to uploading leads into the account and triggering performance updates to merchants.

Qualifications:

• Have a general knowledge of Social Media Platforms


• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously


• Excellent organizational and planning skills


• Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment


• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members


• Strong analytical and communication skills


• Attention to detail and willingness to roll-up sleeves to get the job done

Education Requirements:

Must be a Junior or Senior of a 4 year college degree program focused on Business, Human Resources Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or similar study area.
