Who we want:

We’re expanding our people team and seeking a resourceful Sourcer to help support the Innovation & Development Center in Austin, TX.  With that being said, we’re not looking for just anyone.  Of course we’re interested in experience, but also the desire to continue learning and the ability to suggest best practices as we scale. You’ll work directly with our recruiter, hiring managers, and leadership to discuss staffing needs for all roles within the engineering team.  We are a small, but passionate team.

OnPrem Solution Partners is a consulting and technology firm that is helping Hollywood come into the digital age by automating their content management and content delivery from photo shoots to movie theaters and consumer facing sites like iTunes, Hulu and Netflix.

Our consultants are On Premise in LA and NYC with our development team in Austin, TX. At the Innovation and Development Center (IDC) we build custom software applications that support our clients needs and business objectives. Our highly collaborative team works in an agile environment with with direct access to our clients and partners.

What you could be doing:

• Actively source, assess and interview qualified talent

• Maintain accurate candidate records throughout the entire recruitment process   

• Coordinate interviews with OnPrem team members and ensure the timely and successful delivery of information based upon the job responsibilities

• Work with OnPrem team members to determine job descriptions and actively advertise career opportunities through social media platforms and job boards

• Present basic information regarding job opportunities

• Be an active member in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with the talent and appropriate meetup communities

• Be actively engaged within the office to help with event planning and other activities that continue to enrich the OnPrem culture

• 1-2 Years of Sourcing and/Recruiting experience

• Experience finding some or all of the following:

• Java Engineers

• Front End Engineers

• Full Stack Engineers (with Java and/or Javascript)

• Proven ability to manage a large number of relationships while paying strict attention to detail in executing various projects

• Excellent active listening, leadership and negotiation skills

• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

• Can work independently

• Adaptable to context switching and continuously changing priorities

• Drive to learn and expand future responsibilities
