We are growing and looking to add a Senior Ruby on Rails developer who is excited about working on a cutting-edge Rails stack with a lot of greenfield development. Required Skills and Experience:

• BCS or BSCS – Must Have!!
• 4 years web application software developer
• Minimum 1 year developing web applications with Rails
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming principles and practices with a strong theoretical understanding
• Proficiency with source control (preferably git, we use GitHub)
• Experience working with cloud providers (we use Heroku and AWS)
• Experience with continuous integration build systems (we use Circle CI, Code Climate, and more)
• Experience writing unit tests and defensive coding practices
• Experience debugging and fixing production issues 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Substantive Experience with UI web technologies (we use ReactJS, SCSS, and much more)
• Substantive experience with JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, SQL, unit testing
• Experience writing complex relational queries (we use PostgreSQL)
• Experience building dashboards based on analytics, such as machine learning and database results
• Experience integrating with 3rd party software (we integrate with Salesforce, Facebook, Twilio, and many others)
• Mentor software developers on how to build features in reusable and scalable manner
