HomeAway is hiring for a data driven Sr. Strategic HR Business Partner to drive innovative ideas and best practice solutions with global and regional reach for our product engineering teams. These teams are experiencing exponential growth globally and we seek a consultative leader that is strategic thinking yet enjoys the broad swath of day to day tactical responsibilities of the HRBP function.

What You Will Do:

• Work with our leaders on their organizational talent priorities; ranging from workforce planning, talent management leadership development and change management 
• Partner with organizational leaders to identify business needs and develop scalable solutions to engage and develop their team members
• Use your influential and consultative approach to empower leaders through support, data and processes

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Senior HRBP or HR Management experience with ability to operate in a fast paced environment where your success requires you to have your finger on the pulse of the business at all times
• Data driven relationship builder with an uncanny ability to leverage your understanding of a technology based business, into simple, scalable solutions for complex talent challenges
• You love the role of HR Business Partner for the direct impact you can have on the organizations you support, as well as the opportunity it provides for you to tap into your breadth of HR expertise
• Proven track record of coaching leaders, managing challenging team dynamics and driving change with top level executives interested in aligning and energizing their resources
• Leaders love you because of your sense of humor, your insightful support, and the fact that you have a passion for making them successful
• Most importantly, you are intrigued by technology, love travel and want to be part of something amazing
