Resignation Media is seeking an Staff Accountant who absolutely LIVES FOR responsibility and accountability. Let's just say: You're the clean roommate. You're the type to cut your sandwiches diagonally. You're the puppetmaster of accounts receivable and accounts payable. You're basically the Bilbo Baggins of accounting. You should know how to manage an entire business unit but aren't swayed by the evil power you hold in your hands. You should be able to work tactically and strategically, like Green Beret, as well as cross-functionally within the business unit, without dropping any balls. So, like a Green Beret ... who majored in juggling balls in Green Beret school.

If this sounds like you and you have the ability to go vertical — top to bottom, in terms of complexity — yet still love (and have the ability) to get your hands dirty in the swampy accounting marshes, this is your job. You'll report directly to the VP of Accounting & Administration. Support Senior Accounting Staff in performing daily operational accounting functions. Must live in Austin, TX or surrounding area (willing to relocate).
