As an apprentice, you’ll work side-by-side with our industry’s brightest minds—receiving mentorship, training, and experience on real, live accounts.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Strategy Apprentice at R/GA:

On any given day you might

• Work with the team to contribute to new business pitches and new projects with existing clients
• Keep up with consumer trends and new research tools
• Work on a range of activities across various accounts to help team achieve objectives
• Grow and develop as a Strategy Apprentice in the digital space

You bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or coursework in a related field; psychology or marketing
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

We will be accepting applications through April 1st and will conduct rolling interviews from March 6th- April 15th. 

Tentative dates of the Apprenticeship Program are June 5th-August 11th (flexible with school schedules).
