What You'll Do

Sprinklr is looking for interns to assist our Success Managers and Directors. Success Management Interns (SMIs) are important resources who contribute to the success and delight of client needs.  SMIs help to ensure the following (and more) outcomes from every client project:


What Are Your Responsibilities

A Success Manager Intern (SMI) will ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the Sprinklr experience - through consultation, education and support. SMI's will report directly to Success Managers (SMs) and Success Directors (SDs) and will act as a day-to-day resource to support ongoing projects and accounts.

Tasks may include (but are not limited to) helping support:

  • Platform configuration (no experience necessary - Sprinklr will ensure all interns go through ample training).
  • Helping SMs prepare client presentations and support deliverables for meetings.
  • Follow-up on outstanding client support tickets and update SMs as needed.
  • Research industry trends and news to be shared with SMs.
  • Provide general account support to SMs and SDs, while also gaining client-facing experience.

Success in this position requires a passion for technology, client service skills, the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environments and a passion for helping clients achieve results.


Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • Juniors, seniors, graduate students and recent graduates (no more than 1 year out of school).
  • Ability to work 35 - 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
  • A minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA required.
  • Previous internship experience preferred (preferably in enterprise software account. management, or digital and social account management at a brand or agency).
  • Friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
  • Can apply new technologies quickly and has a passion for social media and technology (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Can work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Have a passion for solving client challenges and have a commitment to client delight.
  • Take initiative and are proactive - goes above and beyond the call of duty.
  • You have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
