We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Customer Success Trainer who is an industry expert and passionate about coaching. As the Trainer you will be responsible for building out training processes and materials in partnership with internal clients and the Learning & Development team with a focus on Customer Success. You will take ownership of ramping employees’ productivity and early success. This role is tailor-made for you if you never accept the status-quo and were born to lead. What you’ll do:

  • Effectively communicate cross-functionally with other departments to coordinate training for new programs, initiatives, and products.
  • Be an expert and train on best practices of the Customer Success process and initiatives.
  • Drive customer retention through new-hire and ongoing employee training.
  • Collaborate with Leadership, Managers and Team Members to create, implement, and own a compelling program to develop customer relationship skills, including building rapport and time management.
  • Create and manage a streamlined employee onboarding plan, including schedule coordination, hands-on training, call shadowing and feedback, and skills testing.
  • Understand and process trainee feedback to revise training effectiveness including process, technology, and policies and procedures; as well as provide feedback to managers to continue to develop their team member skill sets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement through call shadowing and process observation and proactive reach out with Managers.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

  • A fit with Main Street’s Hub’s Values.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, relationship-oriented sales, and/or account management roles, with at least 1 year of experience in a training or coaching role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals in demanding roles, including effectively balancing customer retention goals and sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for teaching and learning.
  • A passion for providing superior customer experiences and a love for local businesses.
  • Creativity, persuasiveness, and the ability to think on your feet.
  • An exemplary work ethic, a positive "get it done" attitude, and a willingness to take ownership of your results.
  • Fluency with social media, customer review websites, and PowerPoint, as well as a comfort with video-conferencing software and other collaboration technology.
  • Stellar organizational skills that allow seamless management of multiple projects and processes.
  • An ability to do more with less.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
