The Opportunity:

RealMassive is developing a “next generation” SaaS platform to connect every person and place in the Commercial Real Estate Marketplace. This ambitious goal can only be achieved if our technology solutions provide superior user experiences that are consistent with our core value proposition.


This is a unique opportunity to become part of our Product team, and play a major role in helping design the amazing technologies we are building to service large-scale business opportunities. Your role is to identify and understand methods to create new user experiences on our platform. You’ll translate business requirements into consumable process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.

As the UX/UI designer, you’ll interact closely with our front-end engineering team and Quality Assurance team to ensure the design specs meet customer expectations through intuitive, thoughtful User Interface design that creates exceptional moments of delight on both mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.


Help Us Modernize Commercial Real Estate:

The domestic U.S. commercial real estate industry (CRE) is worth $15.2 Trillion (yes, trillion dollars!). But is largely dependent on analog business processes. We are here to seize the opportunity to modernize CRE through digitally driven technology solutions for building tenants, owners, investors, CRE professionals, and industries that support commercial real estate.


What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Ability to understand the complexities of our business opportunities, while keeping focused on task specific details.

  • Acumen to deliver clear interaction design strategies that service the immediate needs of the business, and our customers.

  • Ability to work closely with product owners to translate business problems/opportunities into usable and delightful UI/UX design solutions.

  • Ability to translate complex design flow concepts into consumable instructions for engineers.

  • True “mobile-first” mindset and proven ability to deliver great mobile user experiences.

  • Ability to work closely with engineers to solve problems through clear communication and specific, concise directives.

  • Experience with rapid prototyping UX/UI design concepts, and getting them in front of users so you can learn and iterate towards a final product that exceeds internal and customer expectations.

  • Earn respect from your managers and the team through hard work, delivering on commitments, and being mindful of your co-workers. A good sense-of-humor goes a long way here.

  • Thirst for learning new things, and willingness to apply them in your workflow.



Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of (5) years direct experience creating User Experience design for software products (SaaS experience is a big plus).

  • Demonstrated UX/UI design mastery with a focus on creating exceptional mobile user experiences.

  • Proven expertise  producing user experience flows, including wireframes and prototypes for feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Adherence to modern design standards, with a focus on mobile interaction design.

  • Expert skills with design software (Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Experience with prototyping software (Sketch, Invision and Axure).

  • Expertise with typography and layout patterns.

  • Highly functional working in a rapid test & measure based Agile work environment.

  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS.

  • Highly functional with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Other Helpful Skills:

  • Solid understanding of cloud-based applications like GCP

  • Aptitude for HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Design for WordPress templates

  • Git and modern team-based git workflows, eg. Gitflow

  • Jira.
