 Value Coordinator

 

In this role, the Value Coordinator will play an integral part in bringing to life high-touch engagement for small business owners that span the customer’s entire lifecycle. You will work closely with the Director of Value Management to develop and implement the customer experience and go-to-market strategies which would include tracking sales data, maintaining sales and customer experience collateral inventory. This role also requires working closely with cross-functional team members to gather the appropriate data utilized for reporting and preparing those reports.

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases

·         Work closely with Value Management team to develop and implement the end to end customer experience that delivers on the EQUIP brand values and voice

·         Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

·         Assist in developing and implementing any go-to-market strategy created

·         Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data

·         Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data

·         Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt

·         Work with cross-functional team members on cross-functional projects

·         Collaborate with the designers to produce promotional materials

Experience Required

 

·         Proven work experience as a marketing intern, assistant, coordinator or similar role

·         Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools

·         Experience with research methods using data analytics software

·         Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM campaigns

·         Solid computer skills, including all Microsoft Office products

·         Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software

·         Strong writing skills

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Customer-service focus (internal and external clients)

·         Planning and organizing; time management; initiative; contributor

·         Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

Education Required

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, journalism, communication, or related field or equivalent years of experience
