As VP of Finance you’ll impact every inch of our company - this isn’t your basic number crunching role. We need a strategic, innovative thinker who will translate our financial data into decisions to fuel Granify’s explosive growth.

This position is open to candidates in Austin, TX or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of the senior management team, you will:

• Own the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of our financial and accounting practices
• Lead the enterprise financial planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely projections
• Design, implement, and continuously improve our strategic financial models
• Help prioritize and maximize our available budget in a way that meets short-term needs while allowing for aggressive future growth
• Work closely with the CEO to build, communicate and visualize the financial story of Granify’s journey, successes and potential
• Work closely with the CEO to maximize our Series B financing
• Compile detailed executive and board metrics to provide the level of information required to delight our investors and allow our team to make smarter, more informed decisions
• Ensure that all financial decisions support our long-term vision and are aligned with our company values
• Empowering your team to execute at their highest level

About you:

• A hands-on leader with demonstrated FP&A experience supporting strategic decision making in a high growth environment
• Extensive experience developing complex financial models, preferably including pay-for-performance revenue streams
• Have been directly involved in closing > $10 million VC funded rounds
• A financial storyteller who understands how to communicate and visualize Granify’s journey, successes, and potential to investors
• Deep understanding of the metrics needed to monitor and manage the financial health of our organization
• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining short, mid and long-term planning and forecasting models
• Experience working with the financial complexities of a multinational company partnering with retailers around the world
• Meticulous attention to detail, organization, and prioritization with a high level of integrity and principles that embrace transparency
