Implementation Specialist
SamCart is looking for an Implementation Specialist with SaaS experience to join our team. Our Implementation Specialists are responsible for successfully scoping the Services work and providing + executing onboarding plans to SamCart 's top customers. The success of new customers via account migration, onboarding, and training is your primary focus and obsession. You will understand our customers' needs in depth, consulting with them on best practices, and providing creative solutions to set them up for success with SamCart.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and complete customer implementations and migrations, facilitating discussions with business stakeholders and leadership
- Manage projects across multiple customers, prioritizing across competing focuses
- Interface with customers to configure and setup specialized technical integrations, tracking scripts, and specified course content
- Own new customer training and onboarding, in partnership with the Customer Success organization
- Clearly articulate topics to a non-technical audience and translate requirements into actionable items
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
- Improve processes via auditing of the implementation cycle, creating feedback loops to consistently improve
- Maintain expert knowledge of the SamCart product including features, integrations, and offerings
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Implementation or Professional Services scoping at a SaaS company
- Strong understanding of eCommerce space, particularly for digital creators and sellers
- Self-starter that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment that is capable and willing to wear multiple hats
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Self-driven and proactive nature, a comfort with ambiguity
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent functionality updates
- Strong creative problem solving skills
- Superior customer service skills - the ability to be responsive, compassionate, resourceful, organized and solution-oriented while maintaining a sense of humor
- Major plus if you have knowledge of project management tools or the SamCart platform
